As a Free Company, we have a few guidelines/rules, listed below.

Behavior: We have people from all kinds of national, political and religious backgrounds. We also have a rather large LGBT player base.

Treat others with respect. Everyone has different personalities, opinions, and viewpoints. Some of those are going to clash, just don't be a dick about it. This extends to how you treat people outside the FC as well, and if you are found causing excessive amounts of trouble, you will be removed from the FC.

Use of the FC chest: The items in the FC chest are for use (Rank dependent) under two conditions.

1) You need the item or items you are taking.
2) You contribute to the FC chest in return.

Exchanges do not have to be exact, but don't take an extremely valuable item and replace it with something extremely useless. If you are unsure, ask in FC chat.

Ninja Looting: Ninja looting is ignoring established loot rules, regardless of whom you run with. This will not be tolerated, even if you do not win the item.

If you are caught ninja looting and an officer is provided with acceptable proof (a screenshot of established loot rules, and those rules being broken) you will be immediately and irrevocably removed from the FC.

Botting: If you are caught using an illegal program in-game, you will be removed from the FC, If someone provides acceptable proof.

The use of parser applications such as ACT and FFXIV APP, or Guildwork Client, are acceptable as long as you don't admit to using them in game. As mentioned several time in live letters, they are okay to use as long as you don't say you are using them, or use them to actively harass players (In the case of a parser.)
